Customer Services Manager 

We are recruiting a Customer Services Manager who will ensure the needs of our customers are satisfied; providing excellent customer service and promoting this vision throughout the company. Proactive in issuing customer information and involved in customer responses on behalf of the M6toll.

You will ensure that all customer service representatives are working within company policies & procedures and be confident while applying common sense to unusual situations.

We are a 24/7 business supporting customers who require assistance; you will help to make everyone’s experience of the M6toll a good one. It is essential that you combine a flexible approach to your working day, with a practical approach to problem solving.

You will have a decisive and calm nature; with excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing. With a good working knowledge of PC’s, primarily Excel and databases, plus Word & Outlook. You will implement effective processes for customer service representatives to interact with customers via face to face, intercom, telephone, email etc.; having the right attitude to ensure we always go the extra mile for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a customer services related professional qualification or relevant experience; and exceptional customer service skills. With customer service management experience of working in an operational environment and having had responsibility for meeting set targets. You will be reliable and flexible with a strong work ethic.
