M6 Toll traffic figures for June 2005

|
Midland Expressway Limited (MEL) today reported the average traffic figures on the M6 Toll for June.
- Average daily traffic on the M6 Toll for June 2005 was 45,325, a decrease of 5.5% vs. pcp
- Average workday traffic on the M6 Toll for June 2005 was 48,544, a decrease of 3.7% vs. pcp
- Average weekend and public holiday traffic on the M6 Toll for June 2005 was 36,474, a decrease of 11.7% vs. pcp
Please note that tolls were increased on 14 June 2005. Average daily traffic (all days) for the two weeks prior to the toll increase (i.e. 31 May 2005 to 13 June 2005) was 45,928. Average daily traffic for the two weeks following the toll increase (i.e. 14 June 2005 to 27 June 2005) was 44,712.
