Extra Wide or Heavy Vehicles

The following charges apply to wide and abnormal load vehicles (over 44 tonnes or over 2.9m wide).

Notes

  • Width is either vehicle or load, whichever is greater.
  • Mobile cranes of Classes A, B and C will be charged as STGO Classes 1, 2 and 3 respectively.
  • VR1 Permit vehicles will be charged an additional Vehicle Type Charge.
