Toll Assistant - Averaging 37.5 hours per week - Salary £19,017 following successful probationary period, plus benefits and pension

You will be the friendly face of the M6 toll, assisting customers in our toll lanes. You will need to have worked in a face to face customer service role, where you will have had responsibility for balancing volumes of cash accurately; and meeting set targets.

You will need to be reliable and flexible; with experience of working alone, as well as working within a team. A customer service related qualification would be an advantage.

The role involves travelling to either of our 2 mainline toll plazas. You should live within a 15 mile radius of our Head Office based at Weeford near Lichfield.

You will be required to work a mixture of early, day, late and night shifts; weekends and Bank Holidays, including Christmas Day; averaging 8 hour shifts on a varied rota.

You should have a full driving licence and your own transport.

The role requires Criminal Records Check clearance.

You are required to adhere to Company dress code and Alcohol & Drugs policies.
