30% off RHA Offer Terms and Conditions

1. 1. The 30% reduction is off the full price rate for using the M6toll across the pricing periods.  Access our pricing here.
   2. 30% discount will automatically be applied to all vehicle classes, at all times of day and days of week that are registered for the commercial account.
   3. The offer applies to new account applications made between the 25th June until the 30th September 2021 inclusive.  Accounts applied for after that date will not receive the 30% discount. The offer will cease at 17:00hrs on the 30th Sept, 2021.
   4. The offer is being run by Midland Expressway Limited (MEL) the owners and operators of the M6toll.

Eligibility

1. 1. The offer is open to members of the RHA only and proof of membership may be required.
   2. The offer is open to new customers of the M6toll (MEL) only which is defined as a business that has not held a commercial account with the M6toll (MEL) before June 2021.
   3. The offer can only be redeemed by contacting a member to the M6toll (MEL) Business Development team and an account must be set up for your commercial business.
   4. The offer is only open to vehicles registered for a commercial account and is not open to private car or other vehicle usage of the M6toll.

Usage

1. 1. The 30% discount is applied to made during the 3 month specified period.
   2. Customers will be issued with either a TAG (no tag fee lease charge will apply) or be registered to use the ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) system during the period.
   3. Then 30% discount 3 month period will begin on the date from the first journey on the M6toll.
   4. After the 3 month period, the TAG or ANPR system will defer to a standard business account with 5% discount terms.

Limitation of Liability

1. 1. M6toll does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any RHA Member as a result of participating in the offer.

General

1. 1. M6toll reserves the right to cancel the offer or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
   2. These terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
