FlexiPass Terms and Conditions

FlexiPass: Provides 10 journeys for £2.90 that exit at T4, T5 or T6 and for class 2 vehicles and new customers only.

Eligibility and exclusions: An initial purchase of £29 provides a pre-loaded TAG with 10 journeys that enter and exit the road between T4, T5 and T6. Each journey between T4, T5 or T6 will cost £2.90, whatever time of day or day of week journey is made.

Any outstanding trips remaining on your FlexiPass are non-refundable should you decide to switch to another product.

FlexiPass customers must use their FlexiPass TAG. Please visit m6toll.co.uk/MyTAGLogin to keep your account details up to date. Failure to fix and display the tag in the windscreen correctly may result in incorrect charges and delays when entering or exiting the road. If you do not have your TAG in your vehicle we cannot “add” a journey to your eligible FlexiPass journeys.

No minimum contract can be cancelled at any time. We reserve the right to change the cost of a local journey and we will give you 14 days’ notice of any changes.

Billing and Payments: A valid payment card must be registered to the account, and a minimum initial purchase of £29 is required to pre-load your TAG with 10 journeys at £2.90. When you have completed you 10 local journeys an automatic top-up of a further 10 journeys will occur at £29. Any other journeys that you make using T3 or the main toll plazas will be discounted at 5% and you will be charged separately for these each week, using the payment card that you provided at account opening.

This product is non-refundable, meaning that if you should close your account before using up all 10 local journeys, you will not be refunded any unused credit

Please note: This product is available to purchase until 1st December 2021 and can be cancelled at any time. As FlexiPass is a trial product we reserve the right to remove the product from sale before this date. Journeys must be taken by June 2022. All other TAG terms and conditions apply.

 

Hopper Terms and Conditions

Hopper: Covers eligible journeys made on the M6toll starting or ending at T4, T5 or T6, for class 2 vehicles only.

Eligibility and exclusions: A maximum of 14 eligible car journeys (class 2 vehicles) per week either entering or exiting at junctions T4, T5 or T6.

Hopper TAGs: Customers must use their Hopper TAG. Please visit m6toll.co.uk/MyTAGLogin to keep your account details up to date. Failure to fix and display the TAG in the windscreen correctly may result in incorrect charges and delays when entering or exiting the road. If you do not have your TAG in your vehicle we cannot “add” a journey to your eligible Hopper journeys.

Billing and payments: Hopper TAG accounts are only active when a valid payment card is registered to that account. No TAG lease fee is payable (usually £1 per month). A payment of £35 per week will entitle the driver to a maximum of 14 journeys entering or exiting local junctions T4, T5, or T6.

Please note: Hopper TAG accounts will be deducted the full normal value of the trips and then adjusted (prior to billing) to apply the £35 Hopper charge across all eligible journeys.

Whilst this may cause a Hopper TAG account to briefly appear in deficit, the Hopper charge will be applied prior to billing so that no more than £35 each week will ever be taken from a participant’s payment account. The £35 weekly charge will not be applied if no eligible journeys have been made.

Any trips outside of the Hopper eligible journeys will be charged at the usual TAG 5% discounted rate.

 

Shuttle Terms and Conditions

Shuttle: Valid for journeys using the middle part of the M6toll road, only using local junctions around Tamworth, Shenstone, Lichfield, Burntwood and Brownhills (T3 North to T3 South, T4, T5, T6).

Eligibility and exclusions: Unlimited car journeys (class 2 vehicles), per week, entering and exiting at junction plazas T4, T5 or T6 or those making return trips between T3 north & T3 south toll plazas.

Failure to fix and display the tag in the windscreen correctly may result in incorrect charges and delays when entering or exiting the road. If you do not have your TAG in your vehicle we cannot “add” a journey to your eligible Shuttle journeys.

Billing and payments: Shuttle TAG accounts are only active when a valid payment card is registered to that account. No TAG lease fee is payable (usually £1 per month). A maximum payment of £20 per week will entitle the driver to travel between local junctions T4, T5, T6 or to make return trips between T3 North & T3 South toll plazas.

Return Pass Terms and Conditions

ReturnPass: Covers eligible same day return journeys made on the M6toll starting or ending at T3, T4, T5 or T6, for class 2 vehicles only.

Eligibility and exclusions: Return journeys must be made within the same calendar day and for a maximum of 10 eligible car journeys in a week made on the M6toll starting or ending at T3, T4, T5 or T6.

ReturnPass customers must use their ReturnPass TAG. Please visit m6toll.co.uk/MyTAGLogin to keep your account details up to date. Failure to fix and display the tag in the windscreen correctly may result in incorrect charges and delays when entering or exiting the road. If you do not have your TAG in your vehicle we cannot “add” a journey to your eligible ReturnPass journeys.

Billing and Payments: A valid payment card must be registered to the account, and a minimum initial deposit of £50 is required. When the balance of your Return Pass account reached £5 an automatic top-up of £50 will occur. No TAG lease fee is payable, usually £1 per month. Eligible same day return journeys will be entitled to receive a 20% discount on the standard displayed toll price. ReturnPass TAG accounts will be charged 5% discount on journeys made and the remaining 15% will be applied to eligible journeys weekly. Any trips outside of the Return Pass eligible journeys will be charged at the usual TAG 5% discounted rate.
