Multimodal event image

June brought a wave of opportunity as our Business Development Team hit the ground running at the Multimodal event, at the NEC in Birmingham. The event proved to be a major success, filled with insightful conversations, powerful connections, and a shared vision of making things “better for business” across the transport and logistics sector.

Strong Connections with Valued Partners

We had the pleasure of reconnecting with several of our key customers, including:

  • Maritime
  • Kuehne+Nagel
  • Hawkins Logistics
  • CEVA Logistics

Discussions centered around collaboration, ongoing initiatives, and fresh ways to address the transport challenges that matter most to them.

Spotlight on Key Messages

One of the highlights of our stand was our “Whack a Toll – Bash the Bottlenecks” interactive game, which creative a lot of interest. We shared valuable Microlise data insights and celebrated our own Jo Seabright’s presentation in the Norton theatre, which shed light on how we’re tackling congestion pain points on the M6toll and enabling smarter logistics.

Honouring Industry Excellence

On Tuesday the 17th, Sarah, Lily, and Michael Whelan (our General Manager) proudly attended the prestigious Multimodal Awards evening. This celebration recognised the outstanding contributions of businesses across logistics, rail, and shipping, and reminded us of the impact our industry can have when innovation meets collaboration.

Multimodal Mixer & Expanding the Network

The Multimodal Mixer offered the perfect opportunity for casual yet meaningful conversations, where new relationships were sparked and promising partnerships explored. We also reconnected with members of Palletways, reinforcing our community ties.

Follow-Up & Forward Momentum

Since the event, our team has been proactively reaching out to new prospects who expressed enthusiastic interest during the show—and the response has been overwhelmingly positive. The Multimodal-exclusive offers are already opening doors to new opportunities.

We’d like to thank everyone who stopped by, shared ideas, and contributed to such a dynamic and forward-thinking event. Here’s to the journeys we’ll share – together.
