The sensational superstar, Tony Hadley, is back for summer 2025! As front-man of 80s New Romantic band Spandau Ballet, Tony earned himself the accolade of being one of pop music’s greatest vocalists. The band had numerous chart-topping singles and albums all over the world, including the epic ‘Through the Barricades’, the international number one; ‘True’ and the unofficial London Olympics theme ‘Gold’. TERMS & CONDITIONS
Midland Expressway Limited (the ‘Promoter’)
- The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
- The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
- All entries must be submitted via www.m6toll.co.uk/tony-hadley and only one entry per person is permitted.
- The opening date for entries is 09:00 on the 19/05/25. The closing date is 23:59 on 20/06/25.
- Two winners will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 23/06/25.
- The two winners will each receive 2 x tickets to Tony Hadley at Lichfield Festival on 15/07/25, with the ‘Meet and Greet’ ticket add-on. Meeting and greeting Tony Hadley is not guaranteed.
- The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) and must provide an email address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within seven (7) days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
- The prizes for the winner are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the prize winner to anyone who emails pressoffice@m6toll.co.uk or writes to Midland Expressway Limited, Express Way, Weeford, Lichfield, Staffordshire, WS14 0PQ (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within [one] month after the closing date. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
- If a prize is declined, or a winner cannot take up a prize, the Promoter will not be responsible for any inability of a winner to take up the specified prize.
