From content creation for Instagram, through to supporting dynamic campaign development you will be playing a key role in the delivery of bold campaigns and vibrant events. This is your chance to hone your creative talents and learn from some of the best.
Key Responsibilities
- Building relationships: Communicating with internal and external stakeholders will be key to understanding business needs and goals.
- Campaign Support: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across digital, print, email and social media channels.
- Campaign performance: Analyse digital and ‘above the line’ campaigns, working alongside the M6toll’s analysis team, to help develop campaign dashboards and reporting
- Content Creation: Create compelling and original written, visual and video content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and other marketing channels.
- Digital analysis: Interpret data and gain insight and suggest optimisations to improve digital campaign performance
- Market Research: Support the customer / market research programme to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Event Organisation: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, including trade shows, activations and promotional activities.
- Administrative Support: Support invoice processing and procurement of marketing materials.
- Brand Management: Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to maintaining a consistent brand image across all platforms.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Participate in training sessions and workshops as required.
- All activities are to be carried out in liaison with the Marketing & Partnerships Manager and with the wider Marketing, Communications and CX team where applicable.
Desirable skills include;
- Competency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. organic and paid social media management, email marketing software)
- Experience with content management systems (e.g. WordPress), basic graphic design and video production / editing (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is desirable.
- Awareness and basic understanding of tools such as Meta Ad Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics would again be preferable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with knowledge of basic analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create clear, concise, and compelling content.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- High level of accuracy and consistency in work, particularly in written materials and data entry.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Innovative thinker with a willingness to contribute new ideas for campaigns and content.
- Flexible and open to change, with a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Understanding of customer needs and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- A good level of experience gained through previous work placements or university projects will be desirable to show competency and understanding of the key tasks and activities.
