Know Your Fleet
Before opening an account, you just need to know:
- How many vehicles you have
- Roughly how many trips they make each month
This information helps us set up your account correctly.
Choose How You Want to Pay
You can pick Pre‑Paid or Post‑Paid.
No account set-up or management fees.
OPTION 1: Pre‑Paid (Fastest to Set Up)
- You add credit to your account.
- Each time a vehicle uses the road, the cost is taken from your balance.
- When your balance gets low, it automatically tops up using your saved card.
- You receive an invoice on the 2nd of each month showing:
- All top‑ups
- All journeys
- VAT is only charged on the journeys, not the top‑up amounts.
- You can use any debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).
- Fuel cards cannot be used.
Setup time: As little as 15 minutes over the phone.
OPTION 2: Post‑Paid
- We run a quick business credit check.
- You make your journeys first.
- On the 2nd of each month, your invoice is issued.
- You have 15 days to pay.
- VAT applies to the full invoice amount.
- Payments can be made by BACS or Direct Debit.
